Coming to Know Jesus

Few people in the world haven't heard about Jesus. He is perhaps the most famous man in the history of the world. But what is the difference between knowing about Jesus and really knowing Jesus? It may be easy to learn a few facts here and there about Him, but coming to intimately know Jesus is a much greater task.
In this lesson, Monte Hampton uses the writings of the Apostle Paul to explain: 1) what it means to truly know Jesus, 2) how we can overcome distractions that keep us from knowing Him, and 3) what blessings God has promised those who take the time and effort to come to know Him.

Seeking God

God has promised us that if we truly seek Him, He will allow us to find Him. Such an important task, however, requires true and persistent dedication. Seeking God requires an undivided focus, a humble spirit, and a concrete standard by which to measure our success. This lesson deals with all three of these necessities, and encourages us to seek God through coming to know His Son, Jesus Christ.
