Weekly Bible Classes

We hold Bible classes for all ages on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.  Our adult class is currently studying 2 Corinthians (Dec. 2011 – March 2012) and meets in the auditorium.

Monthly Community Groups

the first Sunday evening of each month, we meet in each other’s homes for more personal discussions and to get to know one other better.  These gatherings typically last 1-2 hours and revolve around a book study.  We follow up the next Sunday evening with a church-wide class on the same topic at the building.  Guests are welcome!  To find the community group nearest you, contact us.  We are currently reading and discussing Larry Crabb’s Shattered Dreams: God’s Unexpected Path to Joy.

Ladies’ Bible Studies

The ladies of our church often meet during the week for special Bible studies.  This fall’s topic is “When Godly People Do Ungodly Things: Arming Yourself in the Age of Seduction,” a study by Beth Moore.  Weekly Thursday evening and Friday morning sessions are available.  The class starts on September 6, 2011.

Higher Grounds Coffee House

Located ten minutes down the road from us on Highway 55 in Angier, Higher Grounds hosts weekly community Bible studies.  Current ladies’ class: C.S. Lewis’s Mere Christianity (Thursday mornings).  A class on the Gospel of John (for both men and women) is held Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. All are welcome!
